Is that a giant echo in hear?

Postby Planerguy » Sat May 07, 2011 5:04 am

Wow! it's been forever since i logged on and it seems like a ghost site!

Well, just in case someone stumbles upon this site, and my post - I'm looking for a used pair of ScanSpeak D2008's, or D2010's, OR Hiquphon OW2's on up.

It's so deathly still out here........., I'm scared and I feel so alone!

See that tumbleweed blowing across the screen? :)

I wonder how many people are actively still building speakers. After all, how many sets can a person have?
I'm working part-time with a Dynaudio D-52 / Pioneer ART-57D combo; but nothing for the bass yet.

Sorry can't help you with those tweeters!

Less technical and more subjective at:

OK, another thing. DID ANYONE MAKE COPIES IF THE LDSG FILES? It seems the site is gone! What a shame - Bob put so much time into it, and it had so much irreplaceable information! I hope it isn't all lost!

best wishes for Bob!

John - Are you able to make those copies available to others?

How big is the archive? I could post it on my site if it's reasonable in size. Either way I'd be interested in a copy too.

It's about 12.6 Megs. I could possibly email it to you in sections. I'm not sure what my attachment limit is. Perhaps there's another way?

Come to think of it, I could just stick it on a cd and mail it to you.
